At Clinic For Care, we aim to provide seamless, high-quality online gynecology consultations. To ensure fair access and smooth scheduling for all patients, please read the following terms carefully.
 

1. General Terms
 

  • By booking an appointment with us, you agree to all the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

  • Appointment slots are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Our consultations are fully online, and it is the user’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection at the scheduled time.
     

2. Cancellation Policy
 

  • Cancellations are allowed only up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the consultation time will not be accepted and the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows, missed appointments, or failure to join the consultation at the scheduled time are considered non-refundable.
     

3. Rescheduling Policy
 

  • Rescheduling is allowed only up to 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

  • All rescheduling requests are subject to approval from our team.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend strictly on doctor availability and open slots.

  • If a rescheduling request is not approved, the booking will continue to follow the standard cancellation terms.
     

4. Refund Policy
 

  • Refunds (where eligible) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

  • Transaction charges, platform fees, or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations as per the rules above.

5. Technical Issues
 

  • In case of connectivity or technical issues on the patient’s side, the appointment will not be rescheduled or refunded unless approved by our team under exceptional circumstances.

  • If the doctor faces technical difficulties, we will arrange a reschedule at no extra cost.
     

6. Doctor Availability
 

  • In rare cases where a doctor becomes unavailable due to emergencies, we may:

    • Reschedule your appointment to the next available slot, or

    • Assign another qualified gynecologist upon your approval.

  • If neither option is suitable, a full refund will be issued.

8. Shipping policy

​

ClinicForCare is a telemedicine platform and does not ship any physical products. All consultations and services are delivered digitally through our website. Upon successful payment, users immediately receive access to book and attend online gynaecology consultations. No shipping, delivery, or logistics are involved.
