Refund Policy

1. Consultation Bookings
 

All consultations booked through our platform are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email or message with your appointment details.
 

2. Cancellation by the User
 

All consultations once booked are non cancellable and non-refundible.
 

3. Rescheduling
 

You can reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 4 hours in advance.
 

4. Cancellation by the Doctor or Platform
 

If the doctor cancels or is unavailable at the scheduled time, you will have the option to reschedule with the same or another doctor at no additional cost.
 

5. Technical Issues
 

  • If a consultation cannot take place due to a technical issue on our platform or from the doctor’s end, you may request a rescheduled session. 

  • If technical issues occur on the user’s side (e.g., poor internet connection), rescheduling will be at the platform’s discretion.
